Due to the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Riga Shipping Dinner 2020 is postponed from 23 April to 17 September 2020 (and following day – 18 September — golf event). This decision was taken to help ensure the safety and health of event participants and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All applications and payed participation fees will be valid for the event in September. In case you wish to cancel your participation in the event and refund the participation fee, please, inform the organisers by writing short email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The registration period of applications for rescheduled Riga Shipping Dinner (17 September) is extended until August 17. We wish you good health and enduring spirit in this challenging time.

Please note that Riga Shipping Dinner is the event dedicated to top level executives from the shipping industry and you only can attend this event if you are approved by organizers.
The organizer of the event sends customers an invoice according to the information given on the participant registration form shortly after your request. If you haven’t received our answer, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find our answer to your request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
1. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. Please write us short email: email@example.com. 2. If you want to cancel your registration when the invoice has been paid already and the money is received on the organizer’s account, please note — cancellations are only accepted in writing. The refund payment will be made on the basis of a written request from the client via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following cancellations charges apply:
3+ weeks notice: 70% refund (30% is held to cover the administrative costs)
0-3 weeks notice: No refund
1. Payment upon invoice must be received, in full, prior to the event. 2. If payment upon invoice has not been received prior to the event you will be asked to make payment on the day of event (access to the event may be refused at Riga Shipping Dinner organizers discretion).
